Gardens and Parks in the City of Perth

There are not too many cities in the world that are blessed to have the climate and layout of Perth.
There is an abundance of parks close to the city, ideal for an outdoor wedding followed by a short drive to a wedding reception venue. The following list and information has been supplied by the City of Perth. Visit their website here.
- Harold Boas Gardens
- Queens Gardens - Semi Shelter in Gazebo
- Victoria Gardens - End of Royal Street - East Perth
- Narrows Interchange - entry Via Mounts Bay road
- Alan Green Conservatory - The Esplanade Perth (Unfortunately the Conservatory is unavailable for wedding bookings outside of the usual opening hours of 11.am-4.00pm)
- Mardalup Park - End of Brown Street - East Perth
- Bell Tower - Garden Area located at Barrack square
- Council House Gardens - rear 27 Saint Georges Terrace
These Gardens are all $65.00 per hour or part thereof. Please ensure that you factor in time for Setting up, and extra time after the Ceremony for meeting and greeting Guests.
The Alan Green Conservatory which is located on the Esplanade is $65.00 per hour or part thereof. This facility is a glass pyramid so it is fully covered.
The Harold Boas Gardens are broken into four different sections. Each section is $65.00 per hour or part thereof. You can book as many areas as you want as long as they are available.
The Queens Gardens are broken into two areas. The Eastern half of the park which includes the Gazebo, or the Western half which includes the Peter Pan statue, each half is $65.00 per hour, they are two separate bookings. If you wish to have exclusive use of the whole Garden you need
to check on availability and book and pay for both ends of the Garden.
Under no Circumstances are vehicles permitted to drive into any of the Gardens. On Street parking bays may be reserved at a cost of $23.00 per bay for a 4 Hour period ( for a stretch Limousine you would need to book two bays). To organise reservation of bays please call Mr Sadak Hamid at City Of Perth on 94613885 a few weeks prior to the wedding
To make a booking you have to call Kevin on 9461 3431 to ascertain
availability and from then will have to email, fax or write a letter requesting your booking. Once a booking has been made we send you an Application Form which requires you to sign it and send it back with
cheque, money order or credit card payment. Once that has been received we send you out a license to use the facility.
Please Note that Cheques and money orders are to be made out to City Of Perth.
